Google Launches Exciting AI Program for Startups in India: What to Expect?
Empowering Entrepreneurs with AI Tools
New Delhi: On Wednesday, Google, the American technology powerhouse, unveiled a two-week initiative as part of its Google for Startups India program. This initiative aims to assist early-stage entrepreneurs and startup teams in creating AI prototypes ready for launch using Google's advanced AI tools.
Participants will gain access to vital resources and insights necessary for transforming their concepts into operational AI-driven prototypes, as stated in the announcement.
Scheduled from November 27 to December 7, 2025, the program will guide attendees through the processes of ideation, research, design, and deployment of AI-centric solutions utilizing tools like Gemini, Nano Banana, Imagen, Veo, NotebookLM, and AI Studio.
The curriculum emphasizes practical skills in AI-First Prototyping, AI-Powered Research, and AI Creative Studio.
Successful participants will receive a Google-recognized Certificate of Participation and will be eligible for the 'Build the Future' Showcase in January 2026, which highlights exceptional innovators and offers mentorship from Google experts.

The initiative has garnered support from MeitY Startup Hub, Startup India, IndiaAI Mission, and Nasscom.
Panneerselvam Madanagopal, CEO of MeitY Startup Hub, noted that this collaboration embodies the vision of Digital India and Viksit Bharat, enabling founders nationwide to develop globally competitive AI solutions for social betterment.
In September, Google also announced its latest cohort for a free three-month ‘AI accelerator’ program, selecting 20 startups from over 1,600 applicants to enhance AI solutions across various sectors, including healthcare, finance, climate, and education.
The tech giant highlighted that India's generative AI landscape has expanded 3.7 times in the past year, positioning it as the world's second-largest hub for GenAI startups.
