Method for Dhanteras Puja

Begin by thoroughly cleaning your home and the worship area. Create a rangoli at the entrance and light a lamp to invite positive energy.

Set up a platform in the northeastern corner of your home and cover it with a clean red or yellow cloth, which will serve as the main worship area.

Use a copper or clay pot filled with Ganga water and clean water, adorned with mango leaves and topped with a coconut, symbolizing auspiciousness and prosperity.

Place idols or images of Lord Dhanvantari, Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Kubera, and Lord Ganesha on the platform.

During the puja, offer turmeric, kumkum, sandalwood, rice, flowers, incense, lamps, sweets, dry fruits, and dakshina while reciting mantras with devotion.
