2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1-2 dried red chilies
1-2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
2 tablespoons of fried peanuts
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
A pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste

Preparation Steps:
1. **Tempering**: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start to crackle, incorporate urad dal, chana dal, and peanuts, frying until they turn golden brown.
