The petition states that Nick's parents had set up a trust for him, akin to those established for their other children. It asserts that he should have received half of the trust's assets upon turning 30, with the remainder due at age 35. Now at 32, Reiner contends that he has not received this distribution and lacks knowledge of the trust's total value, which is estimated to exceed $1.5 million.

In his filing, Reiner accuses the current trustee of wrongfully withholding funds, citing concerns about his financial management capabilities.
